I uploaded the sis linux 2d driver.
You can download it from here.
Before using the driver, please reduce your screen resolution to standard vesa mode ( maybe 1024x768 or 800x600). Then just copy sis_drv.* to /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/ ,and reboot the system.
If your os is newer than ubuntu 10.04, don't use any xorg.conf.
If you need to use xorg.conf, or your panel resolution is 1366x768 or 1360x768,
just add this to your xorg.conf.
Section "Device"
Identifier "Configured Video Device"
Driver "sis"
Option "UseTiming1366" "yes"

Barros Lee, could you help me? I need a sis 2D driver for Xorg-server 1.10.0.902 (this is the Xorg's current version on Arch Linux) and the drivers that you released before help too many people, but my xorg was updated to newer version a some days and I could not solve that alone.
by the way, thank you for helping linux users under SiS hardware.
P.S.: If that is possible, would be great if you put it on your linux driver website.
This driver doesn't work in Ubuntu 11.04 even with a modified xorg.conf or without it!
Barros do you have the 3D driver for Windows 7?
If you have one please make it available or upload it for the sake of those who are suffering from the 2D driver.

我是Debian用户，之前使用debian6的时候使用的sis驱动是没问题的，但更新到debian7后便不能用了，网上也没找到合适的驱动
